This week Scene at Stanford features The Birdhouse Project by Photographer Renjie Wong! See here some photos we’ve been able to snag and share from this wonderful and whimsical endeavour.
From the photographer: Day 16
(Caption to topmost photo)
"Finally installed a birdhouse with a clear glass backing, so voyeuristic tendencies can be expressed from the front-seat of my desk. Throughout the day, dark eyed-juncos, American robins, woodpeckers, and other UFOs have fed from my seedy bosom(!). Unfortunately none are as plucky as the Western scrub jay, and so here’s a glorious shot of this little one storing up seeds in its throat pouch to be put away in some other satellite larder. Sneakeh."
SceneatStanford is now participating with Artchive to bring visual and digital art together, and into spaces on campus! Currently we’re on screens at Coho :) Take a look at the interactive photography exhibition and tell us what you think. Another reason to smile…
